Previously, the Journal was issued under the title “Belgorod State University. Scientific Bulletin. Series: Humanitarian Sciences” (till 2019)

The scientific peer-reviewed journal “Issues in Journalism, Education, Linguistics” publishes the results of open scientific research carried out by scientists of scientific and educational institutions of higher education and citizens carrying out research on their own initiative or within the framework of official assignments.
