The Peculiarity of Yunna Moritz’s Poetic Speech Thinking

The process of a poet’s intellectual activity accompanying the creation of a verbal-artistic work has been studied insufficiently, although the active development of interdisciplinary areas with a leading linguistic component (in particular, psycholinguistics and psychopoetics) has made it possible to make significant progress in the study of this problem. The analysis of Y. Moritz’s poetic works posted on her blog under the rubric ‘Not for Press’ gives grounds to assert that the intellectual activity of this artist of words is an interaction of two varieties of poetic speech thinking, defined as seme-sememic and seme types. These varieties are regarded by researchers as the most heuristic ways of comprehending reality, as a result of the implementation of which the poetic text is given a pronounced individual stylistic uniqueness, embodied in the choice and organisation of speech material, as well as in the creation of author's neologisms. The analysed texts, including occasional formations, original tropes, etc., convincingly confirm the heuristics of these varieties of poetic speech formation.
