Аннотация

Вековая традиция китайской журналистики предопределяет специфику современных международных СМИ Китая. Эти СМИ действуют на периферии культурной дипломатии и «мягкой силы», но при этом сохраняют жёсткую привязку к партийному контролю. Исследования китайских СМИ преимущественно рассматривают новые медиа и информационную политику в современном Китае. Вопросы же информационно-организационной деятельности медиахолдингов, представляющих Китай в глобальном информационном пространстве, системно не изучались. Цель исследования – выявить особенности международного телевизионного вещания Китая в историческом контексте (на примере медиахолдинга CGTN) – от зарождения системы в 1938 году до современного этапа, когда международные медиа стали инструментом государственной информационной политики. Значительное внимание в работе уделяется русскоязычному вещанию Международного Радио Китая (МРК). Установлено, что ключевой особенностью является противоречие между включением СМИ в рыночную экономику и строгим контролем Центрального отдела пропаганды КПК. Это противоречие следует рассматривать как методологически значимое основание при исследовании китайских СМИ как актора глобального медиапространства.
