Abstract

The professional training of future teachers requires modernization of teaching methods and technologies in the context of digital transformation of education. Despite extensive research, the problem of comprehensive intensification of future teachers' training remains insufficiently studied. Existing scientific developments focus on individual methods and technologies, lacking a holistic approach that integrates strategic guidelines, tactical scenarios, and organizational tools for systematic enhancement of the professional training quality. The aim of the study is to theoretically and empirically substantiate the possibility of intensifying professional training of students in secondary vocational education (SVE) through the comprehensive application of pedagogical tactics. The research was conducted at the State Autonomous Educational Institution of Additional Professional Education “Kuzbass Vocational School of Pedagogy” and partner organizations in Kuzbass, involving 424 students from final-year groups and
152 teachers. The methods applied included analysis of the implementation of pedagogical tactics (flipped, metasubject, and integrative ones), monitoring of students' social status and academic performance, project-based methods, testing, and expert evaluation. The results demonstrated a significant improvement in key competencies compared to the indicators obtained during the initial diagnostic stage of the experiment.
It is concluded that enhancing the effectiveness of the educational process is achievable through the implementation of flipped learning, active interaction methods between teachers and students, and digital technologies, with emphasis on key directions of intensification: development of independent learning, strengthening pedagogical support, formation of reflective skills, and professional motivation. The study contributes to the theory and practice of pedagogical education by substantiating the comprehensive application of pedagogical tactics as a systemic resource for intensifying training in SVE.
