Abstract

The creativity of a modern journalist as the ability to find non-trivial solutions to problem situations in the professional field is becoming a key advantage in the competitive environment of professional and citizen journalism. Creativity level may be increased in the course of professional training of journalists at the university based on the activity approach, the theory of interiorization, and Ya.A. Ponomarev’s theory of development of an internal action plan. The purpose of the study is to describe a way to develop creative thinking in future journalists through the formation of an internal action plan. The case study method is proposed for use in training sessions. The author concludes that problem analysis makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of a journalist's future professional activity in the context of convergence.
